My role is to help individuals and teams become aware of the unseen energetic threads — the trust, coherence, and Phase Integrity* — that shape what we create together.

This work blends practical strategy, sacred witnessing, and living systems like numerology, archetypes, and astrology — ancient mirrors that help reveal your unique design and the timeless human patterns within it. These tools are always in service to supporting you through your natural flow and timing for expansion. They help us see the subtle tendencies that shape how we lead, collaborate, and grow. By seeing these patterns clearly, we can work with them instead of against them.

** A Note About Shadows

It can be tempting for us to see our shadows, flaws or wounds as negative, wrong or bad. But, according to The Gene Keys — an archetypal system based on some of the oldest spiritual wisdom on this planet — our shadows are part of our original design. They provide the necessary creative tension our souls need to evolve. The deeper our acceptance, the smoother our expansion.

Any shadows, vices, idiosyncrasies, traits and / or even traumas — all serve us in powerful ways beyond our normal understanding. It is vital in the process of self exploration to see and accept these as acceptable and necessary. And while, yes, most people desire to overcome such things — cultivating deep acceptance, witnessing of, and compassion for yourself is the fastest way to grow through any challenge or problem in our lives.

My role is to hold a deep witness and compassion field for myself and others — leading by example. The way I hold myself in the face of my own shadows translates into a real felt safety field your team can trust.

Although I am not a professional therapist, like a therapist, I hold a kind of hippocratic oath of my own. All insights, readings, and reflections shared through this work are yours alone. They remain strictly confidential and will never be used or disclosed in a way that reveals your personal identity, circumstances, or private details — unless you offer explicit consent. I may weave anonymous patterns and lessons from my work into my broader teaching, writing, or speaking — but only in a way that respects your sovereignty and ensures your unique details remain private and protected. Every aspect of this work is voluntary and respects your free will. You always have the right to pause, decline, or revisit anything that doesn’t resonate. This space is held in deep trust, compassion, and non-judgment — because the real gift of this work is the safe witnessing of what wants to be seen.

MY GENERAL PROCESS

for Harmonic Legacy Mapping

Initially, I’ll meet with the business owner or CEO to review the brand’s current identity, vision, team dynamics, products, and services. I’ll ask for information such as websites, social media accounts, marketing materials, customer demographics, general sales data, and any relevant vendor information. With this, I’ll be mapping your current profile — individually and as a company, as a valuable metric for charting our course together. I’ll also help you clarify your why — so your team understands your vision for stepping into this kind of legacy-focused strategy.

[Individual Harmonic Mapping varies slightly — focus on your “brand” identity translates as a focus on your path of self-knowing, your relationship to trust and faith, and relational interactions that are growth edges for you. This includes mapping your “life” vision or purpose.]

Our next step will be to meet as a team (or individually). Each team member should have access to this page and review it before our meeting. This call gives us an opportunity to connect face to face, introduce ourselves, feel the resonance, and explore how we may work together. I’ll outline the types of information I’ll request and answer any questions.

Eventually, as part of the initial mapping process, I’ll need their full names and birth data for numerological and archetype mapping. I’ll also conduct a brief survey or interview — which can be done anonymously — about role satisfaction, their perception of their workload, satisfaction with compensation, and get a bead on their values (what drives them — i.e., is being acknowledged in their performance more important than money). These inquiries — while sensitive — give us data that is invaluable in assessing where we are starting, so that we can accurately map where we’re going.
